Presentation Overview

Gary Burton: In the beginning, there was the inside bar. The market is made up of identifiable “events” that can lead to the building and testing of a rule-based system.

This is based on the work of Ivan Krastins, a founding member of the ATAA and author of “Listen to the Market”. Gary recently spent an intensive two months working with Ivan on the LifeStyle Ruleset.

Ivan will cover:

The Importance of DNA – yours, the market and your RBT

A quick way to do a Proof-of-Concept of an idea

Taking the tedium out of trading

Some Exit takeaways

Putting it together - Lifestyle

Ivan has a new website ... ... the name is more reflective of his approach. This is part of his legacy work that he launched about 5 years ago.

Ivan now also posts articles (one- and two-page affairs) a couple of times a week on Twitter. His handle there is @Patterns_YKW .

YKW stands for You Know Who / You Know What / You Know Where - pretty appropriate given the reality of our world today. The articles that he publishes deal with many aspects related to trading the global financial markets and provide food for thought.
