Registration Information



Please ensure you have read all the information on the page prior to registering.

How to register: 

Online registration is quick, simple, and processed immediately. When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice straight away via email. If you need any assistance, or an alternate registration method is required, please contact the conference organiser at Conference-Bookings@ATAA.asn.au.

Registration categories:


Early bird registration rates will apply to registrations processed and payments received by Friday 22 August 2025.

Early bird registration Includes:

Standard registration will apply to registrations processed and payments received from Saturday 23 August 2025

Registrations received after Friday 19 September 2025 are not guaranteed to receive the standard delegate materials.


In-person Registration

In-person registration fees include:

  • attendance at all conference sessions

    • all morning/afternoon teas and lunches
    • a conference satchel
    • access to the conference presentations (PDF of speaker slides) and the video recordings
    Non-member bonus
    • Registration comes with a complimentary 12-month ATAA membership for non-members ; a full year of member benefits at no additional cost.
      • Commencing Monday, 20th October 2025.
      • Issued in the form of a  full membership coupon code.
      • Applicable to attending delegates only.

    • on-line access to live streamed presentation for Day1 and/or Day2 of the conference.
    • access to the conference presentations (PDF of speaker slides) and the video recordings for the days for which you are registered.
    Non-member bonus
    • Registration comes with a complimentary 3-month ATAA membership for non-members for each day of registration ; that's up to 6-months of member benefits at no additional cost. 
      • Attend Day 1 or  Day 2 for 3 months free membership.
      • Attend Day 1 & Day 2 for 6 month free membership 
      • Commencing Monday, 20th October 2025.

    Accommodation and travel expenses are in addition to the registration fee.

    Accommodation is available at the conference venue for preferential rates. More details about accommodation can be found here - 2025 Conference Accommodation.

     

    Payment Methods: 

    All registration fees must be paid by the registration category due date and prior to attendance at the conference. Payment can be made by:

     

    Credit card: Register online and choose the credit card payment option (Visa or MasterCard only). Payment will be processed immediately and will appear as Expert Events on your statement.

     

    Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):

    Register online, and choose the EFT payment option. Please include: your initials, last name and invoice number as the reference and email your remittance advice toConference-Bookings@ATAA.asn.au.

    Changes to your registration:

    If you need to make changes to your registration, please send them by email to the conference organiser,  at Conference-Bookings@ATAA.asn.au

     

    Cancellations and refund policy:

    Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the conference organiser is advised in writing before the conference start date.

     

    Cancellations for in-person registrations must be advised by email to the conference organiser. If you cancel your registration:

    (a) before 5 pm on Friday 19th September, you will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation fee of AUD50;

    (b) after Friday  19th September, you have no entitlement to a refund of any amount.

    A full fee refund is available for all cancellations received prior to 5.00 pm (AEST) Wednesday, 15th October 2025.
