Carter, John

John Carter grew up the son of a Morgan Stanley stockbroker, and was introduced to trading as while still in high school. He has been trading actively for the past 19 years. He is a Commodity Trading Advisor with Razor Trading, and while he focuses on only a handful of markets for day trading, he will swing trade “just about anything.” To keep his sanity, John relies on physical activity to clear his head and enjoys swimming, biking and core strength workouts. In 2006 McGraw Hill published his book, “Mastering the Trade”. He studied international finance at the University of Cambridge in England before graduating from the University of Texas at Austin.

John will outline how staying positioned in long term trades while using strict money management control can provide opportunities for significant profits, while avoiding the psychological pitfalls that can affect short term traders.

In this presentation you will learn the strategies that John uses to take advantage of volatile markets. You will also learn the mistakes that new traders make and how you can take advantage of these mistakes to improve your trading results.
