7:00 pm How i use cycles to time my investment and trading decisions - Darren Wilson

Part 1

This presentation aims to demonstrate the methods i use, from a top-down perspective, to accurately identify the position of the economic, commodities and Real Estate cycles which inform the timing of my investment decisions. This method has allowed me to correctly interpret much of what is written and said within both mainstream and economic reporting at key market peaks and troughs to my investment advantage. The aim here is to impart this original way of thinking and looking at the economy to better educate members in their long term investment decisions

Part 2

We look at the teachings of William D Gann (W.D.Gann) and his use of time cycles, astrology and proven technical trading methods to highlight and discuss in depth the type of stocks most closely associated with Part 1 of the presentation and dive into how to read their charts to determine the correct time to enter and exit, the type of chart shape to look for and examine how stocks can “repeat” earlier price actions

Additional Information

A passionate student of Australian & US based Stocks & 18 year Real Estate cycle both here and abroad, i have used ATAA meetings to broaden my technical skills and liaise with like minded individuals as a way to motivate, learn and develop my own goals and aspirations in this space. W.D Gann and his methods are my personal drivers to trading, using time counts, emotional events and astrological study to understand "time" and its overarching importance in trading. I am married with two teenage boys and have resided in ACT for since 2016.
