The Sydney Chapter of the ATAA invites members to attend our Sydney TA Chat Group meeting on Saturday, 7 April 2018, at Bondi Junction.
We will continue with our Case Study of developing our Model Portfolio using a Rotational Trading System. We will review the performance of our latest trades. Our "Meet the Member" segment will feature a Member. Our second Case Study which usually covers a specialised topic will cover the topic "Stop Loss Rule options and Exit Strategies".
When we hold stocks in our portfolio, we know stocks never go straight up, and there will always be some “pull-backs” or reversals. It can sometimes be hard to make the right decision on how much to allow a stock to reverse before we close the position. This presentation will examine various alternatives towards developing the right Stop Loss rules for your portfolio.
Our meeting will still include our usual audience participation “Chart Analysis” discussion, so please come along prepared with a ticker symbol for a Stock or ETF for group review, feedback and comment.
Whether you are very experienced at Technical Analysis or just setting out on your Technical Analysis journey, you can learn and benefit from listening to other members’ ideas and experiences. We expect that every member will learn something new from the day that they can take home for further research or experimentation.
